I like helping others grow and do their best work.
Most of my time I spend working for Avaloq as a manager and coach, focusing on people development, wellbeing, and company culture. On top of my 9-5, I’m a career coach, writer, and husband.
Much of my inspiration comes from my life experience. I spend a lot of time thinking about professional and personal development. My work is centered around helping people find meaning and motivation at work. I’m an advocate of useful ideas. I look for great insights and concepts from various fields (psychology, economics, biology, sport, art, philosophy, and more) and share learnings, that I think will be helpful to others, in a way that is easy to understand and use. The central question I like to explore through my work is, “How can we work better to live better?”
Beyond that, I’m usually spending time with family, watching movies, strolling in nature, exercising, or brainstorming my next side project.
Here are some of my projects:
I work with graduates, young professionals, and experienced executives to help them figure out the next step in their career, navigate a shift to a new profession, or rediscover passion in their work.
I also deliver interactive group workshops, where I use a unique combination of learning and play to help people develop.
In 2019, I published my first book, Combinatory Living, a practical guide that challenges you to reject the rules our society imposes on our careers, and encourages you to grow to your full potential.
